This is a bill in equity brought by the Uuiicd States Attorney for the Western district of New York under the direction of the Attorney General against the Eastman Kodak Company, a corporation of New Jersey, the Eastman Kodak Company, a corporation of New York, George Eastman, Henry A. Strong, Waller S. Hubbell, and Frank S. Noble, to restrain the violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act.
