This is an appeal from an order dismissing an action filed by the plaintiff to recover damages allegedly caused by the defendants while acting as attorneys for the plaintiff in settling the plaintiff’s claim against his former employer for wrongful discharge from employment. The plaintiff contends the district court should not have dismissed his claim and he also challenges the court’s decision to award attorney fees to the defendants. We hold that we are without jurisdiction to review the dismissal order, due to untimeliness of the notice of appeal from that order, and…
