MacK II, Inc. v. City of Atlanta
Court of Appeals of Georgia
1Opinion of the Court
Smith, Judge.
This action arose after the City of Atlanta Bureau of Purchasing & Real Estate (the Bureau) withdrew its approval of a food conces sion contract from Mack II. Following the withdrawal, Mack II filed a petition for writ of certiorari in superior court and also filed a complaint for equitable relief and damages. The trial court dismissed the complaint, concluding that review by writ of certiorari was the exclusive means of review of the Bureau’s decision. From this dismissal Mack II appeals. We agree with the trial court’s conclusion and affirm.
