INTRODUCTION
This is a diversity action for breach of contract and related state-law torts, arising from a franchise agreement between @Wireless Enterprises, Inc. (“©Wireless”) and FLB, LLC (“FLB”), involving the operation of a retail cellular telephone services shop in Cromwell, Connecticut. Now before the Court are the following motions: 1) Craig J.
