VEASEY, Chief Justice:

The sole question to be decided in this medical malpractice case is whether a medical expert’s testimony adequately specified the applicable standard of care and a breach of that standard in accordance -with 18 Del.C. § 6853. The Superi- or Court trial judge found that the expert’s testimony was deficient in both respects and granted the defendant doctor’s motion for judgment as a matter of law.
