Appellant Enrique Sanchez Salazar appeals from a judgment finding him guilty of evading arrest using a vehicle pursuant to section 38.04(b) of the Texas Penal Code, a third-degree felony. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 38.04(b) (West, Westlaw through Ch. 46, 2015 R.S.). Salazar elected to have the trial court determine punishment; the trial court found two enhancements to be true and sentenced him to thirty-eight years’ imprisonment.
