Before the Court is the Objection of American Valley Aviation (“AVA”) to the Motion of Kellstrom Industries, Inc. and certain of its affiliates (“the Debtors”) for an Order Approving the Sale of Certain of Debtors’ Assets. An Order approving the Debtors’ sale of assets, without the AVA inventory, was previously entered, reserving the issue of whether the Debtors could sell the AVA inventory free and clear of AVA’s interests.
