FREEDMAN, Circuit Judge.
This admiralty appeal deals with a seaman’s right to additional maintenance and cure. It arises out of an old injury and requires consideration of the earlier proceedings which the seaman brought against the shipowner.
Twenty years ago, on August 9, 1946, libellant was employed as a chambermaid on a vessel owned and operated by Carnegie-Illinois Steel Corporation, now United States Steel Corporation.
