This is a law action wherein plaintiff seeks to .recover damages for work and labor performed and materials furnished to the defendant in connection with certain repairs and improvements made on the defendant’s dwelling house. By stipulation of the parties the action was tried to the court without a jury. The trial court made findings and conclusions and ordered judgment in plaintiff’s favor in the amount of $85 damages and also costs in the action.'
