The plaintiffs are the holders of certificates of sale on execution against real property of the defendants W.J. Armstrong and D.I. Armstrong. They bring this action to set aside certain mortgages thereon on the ground that they are fictitious and fraudulent and were executed by the Armstrongs to defraud the plaintiffs and hinder and delay them in the collection of their just demands. The district court found for the defendants in most respects and judgment was entered accordingly. The plaintiffs appealed and the case is now here for trial de novo.
