WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

G.D. Searle & Co. appeals the district court’s order permitting discovery of certain Searle documents. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b) (Supp. Ill 1985), the district court found that its order involved controlling questions of law as to which there was substantial ground for difference of opinion and certified two questions for appeal.
