This appeal is from a judgment sustaining a plea of the statute of limitations of one year to a declaration alleging the breach by a dentist of his contract to extract plaintiff’s teeth and make for her a new set — in that he not only failed to extract all of one of her teeth, but broke off one of her jaw teeth, negligently and carelessly, with the result that she suffered pain, loss of time and was put to great expense, for which she sought compensatory damages.
