Tbe relator investment company, by tbis certiorari proceeding in tbis court, seeks review and reversal of an order of tbe superior court for Walla Walla county denying to it a writ of assistance by wbicb it may be placed in possession of a large farm wbicb it purchased at a mortgage foreclosure execution sale, to tbe end that it may enjoy such possession during tbe statutory period of redemption. Tbe matter is presented to us for final disposition upon relator’s petition for review and respondents’ demurrer thereto.
