This cause comes before the court on Defendant’s Motion to Quash a subpoena duces tecum issued at the request of Plaintiff’s counsel. The subpoena duces tecum seeks to discover any statements made by employees of the Defendant or its insurer, ITT Hartford, as well as any other documents in the possession of ITT pertaining to the underlying cause of action which were generated prior to Plaintiff’s filing of a Motion for Judgment on October 25, 1996.
