This matter comes before the court on Plaintiffs motion to compel the discovery of certain interrogatories and the production of items and materials. Plaintiff seeks discovery of statements made by the Defendant to Defendant’s insurance adjuster the day after an automobile accident involving the parties to this litigation, as well as copies of video surveillance alleged to have been taken of the Plaintiff.
