In this attorney disciplinary matter, the Hearing Panel (“Panel”) and Executive Committee (“Committee”) found Edwards committed misconduct in connection with: (1) several personal bankruptcy filings in which he represented himself or in which he assisted his lawyer; and (2) two of the bar applications he submitted to the Committee on Character and Fitness.
