Defendant, Countryside Association for People with Disabilities, Inc. has moved to *702dismiss Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint. The Court denies Defendant’s motion.

STATEMENT

On July 10, 2015, Plaintiff Kathryn Deka (“Deka”) filed a six-count First Amended Complaint1 alleging six claims of illegal employment action against Defendant Countryside Association for People with Disabilities, Inc (“Countryside”).
