Caroline Gu Dellapenna appeals the order of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granting summary judgment to the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District and its employees, Daniel Waters and Michael Azzara, (collectively, “TESD”) on her claims of employment discrimination and retaliation. Invoking Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, 43 P.S. § 951 (“PHRA”), Dellapenna contends that TESD fired her as its director of finance because of her race, gender, and…
