MEMORANDUM OPINION

URBINA, District Judge.

Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Remand; Denying Plaintiffs Motion for Fees and Costs

This matter is before the court on the plaintiffs motion to remand this case to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia (“D.C. Superior Court”) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1447(c) and on the plaintiffs motion for fees and costs. For the reasons stated below, the plaintiffs motion to remand is granted and the plaintiffs motion for fees and costs is denied.
