Presently before the Court in the above captioned case is Defendants Washington Radiology Associates and Washington Ultrasound Associates’ Motion to Dismiss and Plaintiff Joanne Benton’s Opposition thereto. Also pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand and Defendants’ Opposition thereto. The Court has reviewed the parties’ memoranda and attached exhibits; no hearing is deemed necessary.
