Plaintiff-appellant Robyn H. Deutsch-Sokol appeals to this Court from an oral Order (the “Order”) entered February 5, 2002 by the Bankruptcy Court (Honorable Adlai S. Hardin, Jr., U.S.B.J.), denying appellant’s motion to reopen her Chapter 7 bankruptcy case to amend her scheduled fist of creditors to include a judgment debt owed to defendant-appellee Northfork Bank f/k/a Northside Savings Bank (“NFB”).
