WILLIAMS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment for defendants entered by the trial court in an action brought by plaintiff to recover an amount paid under protest for water service and damages for the interruption of water service. Reference will be made to the parties as they appeared in the trial court.

In October, 1965, plaintiff rented an apartment in the Town of Valley Brook, Oklahoma County. Subsequently plaintiff’s wife made arrangements with the collection agent of the operator of the water system for water service at the recently rented apartment and deposited $10.00 to guarantee…
