Appellant filed its bill in the court below to enjoin the collection of two judgments rendered against it and in favor of Olaf Iverson and Bjorn Iverson, respectively, on March 1, 1907, in the circuit court of the county of Roberts, S. D., and also to have the amount due on certain promissory notes described in the bill offset against the amount due on said judgments. Babcock was the only defendant served with process; the defendants Olaf Iverson and Bjorn Iverson not being found within the district of South Dakota..
