KENYON, Circuit Judge.
Appellee has an oil and gas lease, and is in possession thereunder of a certain forty acres of land in Seminole county, Okl., which is claimed by -Jimpka, Milsey, and Molly Anna Harjo, Indians, as heirs of one Sanko, a full-blood Seminole Indian, who died in 1907, the land being a part of the allotment of said Sanko. In 1926 these Indian heirs executed attorneys’ contracts with appellants Saunders and Emerick, attorneys at law, under which said attorneys were to receive one-half of what might be recovered in an action brought to secure said land for said heirs.
