Debtor-appellant Cody, Inc. appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Colleen M. McMahon, Judge) affirming a judgment of the Bankruptcy Court (Adlai S. Hardin, Jr., Judge). Cody initiated an adversary proceeding, seeking a determination that certain par cels of real property it owned in the Town of Woodbury and the County of Orange in New York were exempt from taxation in the years 1993-2001.
