OPINION AND ORDER

Presently before the court is the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s motion *267to dismiss defendants’ counterclaim for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction (Docket No. 22). Defendants opposed the motion (Docket No. 29). By leave of court, a reply brief was filed (Docket No. 32). After reviewing these submissions and the pertinent law, the court GRANTS the motion to dismiss at Docket No. 22.
