The United States of America (“United States” ⅛ “Plaintiff”) brings this enforce 1 ment action against International Trading Services, LLC (“ITS”) and Julio Lorza (“Lorza” or “Defendant”) (together, “Defendants”) to recover unpaid duties and pénalties pursuant to 19 U.S.C. § 1592 (2012), 1 or, alternatively, unpaid duties and mandatory accrued interest pursuant to 19 U.S.C. § 1505.
