The long history of these consolidated patent infringement cases culminated on the merits when this Court permitted the plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss its complaint on the condition that it pay to the defendants their reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. See Gilbreth International Corp. v. Lionel Leisure, Inc., et al., 587 F.Supp. 605 (E.D.Pa.1983).
