We deal here with the not unusual situation where an established physician employs a younger medical practitioner for a stated period of time as his associate in the practice of medicine. Ordinarily enough, such employment agreement provides, at the option of one or either of the parties, for a partnership arrangement or continuing association after the period of employment is concluded.
