Before the Court is the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge David G. Bernthal [# 14] in which Magistrate Judge Bernthal recommends that Defendants Link Clinic and Dr. O. Sharma’s Motion to Dismiss [#4] be denied. This Court has reviewed all of the pleadings submitted in support of and in opposition to the Motion to Dismiss, as well as the Objection to the Report and Recommendation, and for the reasons stated herein REJECTS the Report and Recommendation.
