This is another segment of the many-phased suit brought by the Menominees against the Federal Government in 1967, in the Court of Claims, to recover for a variety of alleged violations of their rights. Recently we issued our opinion in the so-called “Deed Restrictions” claim (Menominee Tribe of Indians v. United States, Fed. Cir.1983), 726 F.2d 712. That opinion recalls the general background and nature of this massive litigation.
