BRYSON, Circuit Judge.
Robert Ingram filed an action seeking just compensation for the government’s removal of fill material from a hillside on his property. The Court of Federal Claims dismissed the action as time-barred under the applicable six-year statute of limitations. We affirm.

On March 16, 1999, Mr. Ingram purchased approximately 3,300 acres of undeveloped land along the Mexican border near the small town of Candelaria, Texas. He paid $98,000 for the property.
