Appellant Bristol Petroleum Corporation (Bristol) challenges the district court’s decision to dismiss with prejudice, and not to reinstate, Bristol’s contract claim after the corporation disobeyed, without explanation, the court’s order to appear through counsel at a status conference, on pain of dismissal.
