ORDER RE: DEBTORS’ MOTION FOR CONTEMPT

BACKGROUND
The Debtors filed their Chapter 13 petition on May 24, 1991. Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 30l, an Order for Relief was entered on the same date. The Debtors’ plan, which provides for a 100% payment to Society National Bank, (“Society”) was confirmed on September 16, 1991.
The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334 and this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2).
