The Public Employees’ Retirement System of Mississippi (“PERS”) as Lead Plaintiff seeks to pursue this consolidated securities fraud action as a class action against defendants Boston Scientific Corporation (“Boston Scientific”) and several of its corporate executives. PERS alleges that defendants violated §§ 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78j(b) and 78t(a), by knowingly withholding material information from the marketplace.
