OPINION AND ORDER

CHARLES R. SCOTT, District Judge.

The Honorable John E. Moss, Chairman, Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, of the House of Representatives’ Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce, has moved the Court for an order authorizing disclosure of documents presented to a federal grand jury in Jacksonville, Florida. The documents were presented as part of the government’s effort to show probable cause that a criminal offense had been committed, in order to obtain an indictment.
