This matter comes before the Court upon a Motion to Compel (the “Motion”) filed by First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Charleston (“First Federal”). The Motion seeks an order directing Debtor to surrender certain collateral, redeem the collateral, or reaffirm the debts owed to First Federal pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 521(a)(2). 1 Debtor timely filed an Objection to the Motion to Compel.
