ORDER

Before the Court is the Motion for Relief from Stay filed by Habersham Bank (“the Bank”) seeking stay relief based upon Wesley Allen Harris’s (“Debtor”) stated intent to retain the Bank’s collateral without entering into a reaffirmation agreement. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A), (G) and (0) and this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334.
