This is an appeal by defendant from an order adjudging the defendant to be committed to the county jail for contempt of court for failure to pay the plaintiff alimony.

On August 23, 1924, plaintiff obtained a decree of divorce from defendant. Based upon an agreement of the parties pleaded in the complaint, a final decree was entered awarding plaintiff, among other things, alimony by weekly payments in the sum of $25 each.
