REED, Judge.

This is an action for wrongful death. The decedent, Brenda Kay Holbrook, was. a three-year-old child who died about two days after being administered a worm medicine manufactured by the appellee, Sterling Drug, Inc., which had been purchased from a retail druggist, the appellee, W. A. Rose. The child’s father, as her personal representative, based the action against the manufacturer and the druggist on alternative theories of liability.
