MEMORANDUM OPINION
FACCIOLA, United States Magistrate Judge.
This case was referred to me for resolution of whether an award of attorneys’ fees and costs incurred as a result of the removal of this case to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia is appropriate. In a previous opinion, I concluded that such an award was appropriate. The only issue remaining therefore is a determination of the amount of reimbursement due.
