This is a breach of contract action in which the plaintiff has appealed from an order of the district court which directed a verdict in favor of the defendant. Defendant cross-appeals from an order of the court directing a verdict in favor of the plaintiff on defendant’s counterclaim. Plaintiff assigns as error generally the granting of defendant’s motion for a directed verdict, and specifically the determination by the trial court that under the subject contract the defendant had an absolute right to arbitrarily reject any contract negotiated on behalf of the defendant by the plaintiff.…
