Following a bench trial in the instant landlord-tenant dispute, Steven and Michael Kopchinski (hereinafter “appellants”), appeal from a judgment entered against them, and in favor of Barbara Pikunse, (hereinafter “appellee”). The two (2) issues which have been presented for our review are: (1) whether appellee met her burden of proof at trial regarding the value of her personal property which was converted by appellants; and (2) whether the trial court’s award of punitive damages is adequately supported by the evidence.
