DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Ford Motor Company, Sharonville Transmission Plant ("relator" or "Ford") seeks a writ of mandamus directing the Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission") to vacate an order granting permanent total disability ("PTD") compensation to Emma R. Johnson ("claimant") and to enter an order denying PTD compensation to claimant.
