BUCHANAN, Judge.
CASE SUMMARY
Appellants-plaintiffs - Margaret - Ann Koske (Margaret) and Jeffrey L. Koske (Jeffrey) [hereinafter collectively referred to as Koskes] appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee-defendant Townsend Engineering Co. (Townsend), claiming that the trial court erred, as a matter of law and fact, in determining their product liability action *987was barred by the open and obvious danger rule.
We affirm in part and reverse in part.
