ORDER
ORINDA DALE EVANS, District Judge.
This suit seeking injunctive relief and damages for alleged trademark infringement, unfair competition, dilution of Plaintiffs’ trademark, deceptive trade practices, breach of contract, and tort is now before the Court for decision following trial without a jury. The Court hereby makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law in accordance with Fed.R.Civ.P. 52(a).
