MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD W. ROBERTS, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, citizens and domiciliaries of Ecuador, brought an action against the defendants due to injuries allegedly arising from defendants’ contract with the U.S. government to eradicate cocaine and heroin farms by spraying pesticides over Colombia. The DynCorp defendants have moved for reconsideration of the Order compelling production of non-spray flight line data or, alternatively, for certification of an interlocutory appeal, arguing that the security risks of releasing the data outweigh the data’s relevance to the plaintiffs’ case.…
