Julio Leandry-Hernández seeks review of the Commissioner’s decision finding that *204he is not entitled to disability benefits under the Social Security Act (the “Act”). Leandry asks for the decision to be reversed and for an order either awarding disability benefits or remanding the case for further proceedings.
