Currently pending before the Court is the plaintiffs Motion to Reconsider Order Denying Plaintiffs Motion to Amend Her Complaint Pursuant to Rule 60(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (“Mot.”), which the defendant opposes,' Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion for Reconsideration (“Opp’n”).
