This is a suit to determine adverse claims to real property of which Isaac Durbin died seized in 1913. He left a will, devising the property to his widow, Olive Durbin, for life and, upon the termination of that estate, the will expressly provided that the said lands and premises are ‘ ‘ to be taken by my said daughter Lela Jerman after the death of my said wife and to be held and enjoyed by her during the remainder of her natural life, and upon her death, to descend to the heirs of her body only”.
